COSTA RICA | Manuel Antonio 2021 The National Park, beautiful animals, and WOW the beach. My 2nd stop in Costa Rica is Manuel Antonio. I’m so happy I choose to go there. The fauna and lookout points are out of this world.
From Jacó I took the public bus, very easy and convenient. It was 1,400 Colones, about $ 3 USD. It takes an hour and a half to get to Quepos, the closest town to Manuel Antonio. Then from Quepos there’s another public bus. From Quepos is like 10 min to Manuel Antonio and 335 Colones, about $ 0.54 USD
Manuel Antonio is an area, with a main street and many hills. To get to the park BUY THE TICKETS ON THE INTERNET IN ADVANCED. The entrance is $16 USD. You can create an account and buy the tickets here: https://serviciosenlinea.sinac.go.cr/
I would recommend going with a guide, they can spot animals everywhere. And their telescope is very impressive. You can even watch insects from afar.
